Disney to releaze ''Princes''

Disney has announced that it will be producing its first animated feature film with two openly gay lead characters who will fall in love and, by the end of the film, even find happiness in a fairytale, same-sex wedding.

It is only a matter of time before they put in intergen stories again. As the article points out, they have already made interspecies stories.

Yes, again. Sleeping Beauty was 115 years old when she married a young-looking prince. And many of the rest of classical European fairy tales princesses are "too young." They wouldn't be able to make the films today. Indeed, if not because their cultural / artistic value is too completely assumed to defeat it in court, they'd all be regarded as KP. Don't believe me? Why did they Dawson-cast Pocahontas like 40 years older than she really was? I want to see a cute little prepubescent Amerindian like in Taina, not a 50 year old tribal matron. Nothing against 50 year old tribal matrons, some of whom are my friends. Just want to keep historical accuracy to it.

Anyway, as much as I have lost hope about the gays (except those in prostitution activism. They still get it and still keep it real) it probably really is a step to have the gays in Disney animated films for intergen to return.
