I agree with the "sexuality is a spectrum" view. I also like the term you use, "pedosexuality", because it seems to be saying, this is just as valid as any other sexual orientation.

If sexuality is a spectrum, then exclusivity is a matter of scale. I'm like 90-100% pedophile. I'm not interested at all in women.

I've read that only 7% of pedos identify as exclusive pedosexuals.
