Cameras and children no longer seem to be a good mix together, whereas, there are so many people nowadays so knowledgeable and aware of and about pedophilia (the concept) and molestation (the act/s) that goes hand in hand. The dual scenario is well proven and documented by exhaustive studies and experiments. The child love syndrome is very very fine line in a love aka hate affair. This too has been well documented as denoting both mentally and physically the power over to child to coerce them first, or to force them later.

Cameras are considered weapons and tools for eventual attack and abuse of the child person and must first be licensed, registered, and ,of course, taxed.

Regardless of licensing, an adult caught taking photographs of children without written permission or witnessed, signed concent will be incarcerated for no less than 5 years as a felony along with confiscated loss of the criminals personal property to be auctioned off the the general public to offset jail costs.

This effort will assist and help society to protect their children from horrific and mind scarring attacks from pedophiles; automatic incarceration before the crime can be committed.

Pedophiles, released after 5 years of being removed from society, will become perpetual workers for society and the State by working in farm animal settings catering in sexual reproduction of pigs, goats, and miniature horses.
