I haven't heard of that one, but I'll look into it. I think the thing with dystopias is that they're less about plausible futures than about cultural introspection. 1984 and Brave New World aren't great novels because they are highly plausible (by many accounts Orwell actually had a pretty poor understanding of politics and how gov't works); they're great novels because they articulated the abstract fears of a quickly changing society in a way that helped to make sense of them.
