"(I'm glad we at least have two votes for the idea that the supply of 8-year-olds available as sexual partners to pedophiles "come the revolution" may be sharply limited.)"

You've got a very sick view of sexuality.

Women's choice is not and never was about supplying you with p*ssy. RLY. Get over yourself already. If you can't see a liberated woman as something other than a masturbatory tool then I sure as h*ck wouldn't trust you around a child.

But I suppose that makes me a PC hippie freak.

"One reasonable source of guidance is to survey 18-year-old women about the choices they were faced with as girls and whether with later insight they feel it was better for them to make the choice or for societal/parental guidance to prevail -- they have no obvious vested interest."

They have no vested interest? Do you even listen to yourself? You have been saying since you got here that the Youth Rights crowd has a selfish interest in having these arguments accepted AND that the young are easily groomed by candy and shiny things.

These claims about bias plays very easily into the hands of those who believe in zombie-bite-theory of Pedophilia; that sexual contact with an adult as a minor is evidence of grooming which predisposes the former child "victim" to have Pedophilic "impulses" or see them as acceptable in adolescence or adulthood.

And since sites which "advocate" Pedophilia tend to get whisked away by their hosts; we're right back at removing any narrative which doesn't bolster the "always wrong" party line, tallying the results, and declaring the only things not purged to be representative.

For a similarly unbiased account you could watch the Xtian religious broadcasting channels to see whether anyone who is Atheist or Muslim is happy, and whether the desire to convert is common among non-Xtians.

Also keep in mind the "unbiased testimony" of the young mother. Or those who would be mothers. Do they really want CPS to read their testimony that sex with an adult was OK or even beneficial? Those with a gun pointed at their heads have a vested interest in not contradicting what those in power want them to say. You cannot ask those who face punishment if they flout the laws to testify about whether their flouting of the law was for the best. Logic 101.

Though I should keep in mind that your conclusion is already clearly presented and now awaits cherry-picked testimony. How convenient that common prejudice already does your cherry-picking for you.
