If you want me to take your allegation of an incoherent world view seriously, you have to slow down and give a lot more detail than that. It should be amusing.

In brief sketch, my view is that sometimes parents do something so bad that the state intervenes. Society currently includes letting kids do sexual things in that category. I'm ambivalent about that, and would mull over the idea of sex being OK if both parents and the kid approve above age 14, for instance. Potential regret is a society-level justification for why there are ages of consent.

Otherwise, parents have responsibility with a very young child, and the child gets more and more responsibility as they get older. Enlightened parents encourage their child to make more and more decisions and dole out autonomy as appropriate. Swimming is part of the good life in some people's opinion. No one suffers from a lack of sex with much older partners before the age of 16, when they can masturbate or find same-age partners before then.
