The Conspiracy-minded tend to hold even more closely to an "official story" than even their enemies do. ( Though the different camps are mutually exclusive; Bavarian Illuminati and lizards from Sirius don't coexist as secret masters. )

Thus far the flavor I've encountered is the "all the kids are still alive" version. But I suppose I don't spend enough time wading through such sites to find the other variant flavors of "da gummint did it." :)
