After reading this, my first thought was that in theory it doesn't allow someone to revoke consent after the fact.

However, in practice it probably will. In a "he said/she said" controversy, people are looking at whose story is more plausible. And when the man says, "I asked her if I could penetrate her with my penis, and she said yes. I asked if I could thrust, and she said yes. Every 15 seconds I asked again and she said yes." That just doesn't sound credible.

So if in fact very few regular people having sex will follow that script, then the few women who complain will have the law on their side when the man can't credibly claim he followed the script.
