A 4 foot tall 80 pound woman would be unable to consent to sex with a 6'6" black football player because "The physical capabilities are so different!"

Children CAN defend themselves, simply by yelling and screaming for an adult or other authority figure if someone tries to touch them against their will.

In fact, if pedosexuality and adults having sex with children was brought INTO THE OPEN, I am betting that most if not all of the child sexual assaults and forcible rapes would disappear in a few years.

Just because someone has less physical power than someone else does not mean that they do not have the right to consent to X or Y, sexual or not, with that other more physically powerful person.

As to children having less political power than adults? BWAHAHAHA! Get real. If a child does a totally FALSE allegation against someone of touching them in a sexual manner, that person has to fear being summarily killed.
No, the children have all the power in those situations unless they are grabbed off the street and forcibly raped or their parents/other relatives are stupid enough to leave them alone with a unknown element.
In that case, even an adult would be screwed.
