"It was consensual and she is now being brainwashed and used by her mother. Case closed."

Some cases demonstrate a pattern which is compatible with that claim. ( No incest ones I know of. )

Things compatible with consent ( but not proof of it; )

When the girl exerts effort to meet her "rapist" ( ie, flies out of state to meet him on school holidays. )

When the girl refuses to corroborate the charge.

When the girl refuses to assist the prosecution.

When the girl ( now an adult ) hooks up with or marries her "rapist."

While consent isn't impossible here, at this point nothing she has done demonstrates a positive effort by her to reject the charge or to have gone out of her way to keep him company.

Further, she is 11/12. This is pretty much brain adulthood as far as abstract reasoning skills go.

While it is true that there are some with fantasy prone personalities well into adulthood ( who tend to fill gaps in knowledge with fantastic speculation about alien-abductions &tc, ) the plaintiff is well past the stages of early childhood where almost all children are fantasy-prone.

Things like the Satanic Panic depended on the willingness of preschoolers to actively engage the leading questions of investigators by using their powers of fantasy to create false memories. Those memories, if fixed in early childhood are impossible to dislodge later.

But while most everyone can have a false memory implanted of something probable, memories of Satanic bunny killing clowns pretty much have a cut-off point for 96% of the population.

OTOH, being manipulated by others into a knowing lie becomes easier with the advent of abstract reasoning. See the "eyewitness" testimony of Nayirah al-Sabah. And sometimes that person can be goaded into manufacturing a charge to prevent other abuse they have been convinced of but have not witnessed. ( Say, planting evidence of something they just "know" to be true so that a villain doesn't "get away with it?" )

Stories where those accused of rape are exonerated always spark hope; much as the Death Row exculpation does.

But without any facts in yet, I'm not willing to jump to conclusions. Only to observe overall patterns in the allegations.
