"Has there been a GL version that you know of?"

No.

But then again more BLers have both the incentive and the cultural legacy to reject Antiness even more thoroughly.

While the "save the children" rationale prefers to frame itself with the assumption that the most vulnerable child is a girl; it also assumes that male GLers should ( if they could ) switch their orientation to former girls, even recently former girls ( see "barely legal." )

Since Antis are the inheritors of the racist and homophobic arsenal of "logic;" its no surprise that many of them do not accept waiting for one's YF to become a former boy as an alternative sexual orientation. ( See how Antis often equate "normal" sexuality to reproduction. The guy who loves boys rejects reproduction as a possibility even when his AoA might also include former boys. )

In Antiquity socially sanctioned love was not paired with reproductive strategies. Often one was expected to love those who were social equals and whose experiences could be understood. Love was about symmetry and true reciprocity. Heterosexual reproduction is neither. And considering that the West is built on the cultural inheritance of BLer antiquity makes a wholesale rejection of the present hysteria more of a patriotic duty.

( Though one could argue that courtly love was a preamble to Women's rights since it foisted a notion which treats another as a "partner" onto those who are required for reproduction. )

Further, because BL is about symmetry, it becomes that much more difficult for the self-loathing BLer to make statements about childhood asexuality.

Antis can say, with a straight face, that even teen girls aren't sexual unless groomed by pop-culture to be so. Its harder for former teen boys to argue as adults that all their horniness and masturbation was a fluke in what should've been an asexual youth.

So, on the downside, BLers are a ruder cruder lot on the whole. On the plus side, they've generally done the bulk of the brainstorming.

Historically GirlChat emerges out of those at BoyChat telling the pink panty crowd to "get a room." :)

"Were there any addendum's resulting from debates or counter comments that you know of?"

The version on BoyWiki looks identical. So I presume that the answer is probably "no."
