Since much of CP is only CP because of who possesses the pictures think of all the parents and teens who uploaded either innocent photos found in the possession of strangers or sex-ting pics that got redistributed.

That makes for a lot of bankrupt people.

If a sex-ting teenager gets busted does he or she need to pay restitution to themselves?
