You're willing to ignore the good stuff the WHO is doing because of one issue you disagree with? Do you have that same philosophy towards your friends and loved ones? They hold one opinion you find problematic and you cut them out of your life? Not that I'm surprised. An uncompromising idealism that refuses to acknowledge progress as anything but absolute conformity to your every demand seems to be the trend here.
