"Q4 - We have no secret agenda

Isn’t your secret agenda to make it OK for adults to look at CP?

No. We believe that sexually exploiting children visually is wrong. Because some pedophiles have a selfish interest in having child-pornography accepted, we think that their arguments should be greeted skeptically.

Q7 - Harm to children

Is child-pornography always harmful?

It certainly can be very harmful. Many survivors of child sexual abuse imagery have suffered enormously.

We understand that not all legal experts agree on what types of images of children in different circumstances are harmful and to what extent. This is a complicated matter, and it is one that will ultimately be resolved based on facts, not opinions. We are not legal experts. Moreover, we believe that pedophiles are not in a good position to offer an unbiased opinion, since we can be seen as having a selfish interest in deciding there is less rather than more harm.

We are not an organization for people who want to debate whether CP should be legal. We are united in our belief that sexual imagery involving children is wrong."

Contrast that with the real version of the FAQ and explain to me how the effort to dismiss arguments about adult/child sex and CP are any different? Admittedly the activities are different. But the dismissal is based on skepticism of unselfish motives and claims that Peds are biased in these matters. So please address how selfish interest and bias are suddenly removed when a Ped is arguing that he should be able to look at sexually arousing images of children?

I await your answer.
