Completely aside from what it's supposed to do, there's no way anyone here should be stupid enough to download and run an executable file suggested by anyone on this board that they don't already trust absolutely. To download and execute something that's claimed to be a picture viewer, suggested here on a pedo board by someone completely new to the board, would be beyond stupid.
