Not all animals are the same. I would think a zoophile would recognize that some only have sex in "season" and others have it throughout the year. Does his ethics include the idea that sex outside of season or "heat" is rape? Hmmmmm.

The more social the animal, the more that sex has social uses beyond procreation, and therefore the more likely that sexual behaviour will show up in those too young to procreate.

Trying to learn about human-child sexuality by studying lobsters or voles makes less sense than studying the other primates.
