I think that a prepubescent girl's expression of her free and unfettered and guilt-free sexuality is primarily: nothing.

My position is that sexuality for females is today very often tied to ideas of love and relationship and meaning over time, not just what feels good. I believe that most prepubescent girls don't naturally look for a sexual expression of their feelings even when they like someone a lot. They don't go off with their best girlfriends and stick their hands in each other's panties every day first chance they get when they are alone, nor do they need to be dissuaded very much from trying to play with what's in their fathers' or mothers' underwear, though they love them very much. If they do explore flirting with some uncle-like figure, it's just make believe. If they want to explore good feelings down there, they do it by themselves and it's called masturbation. (That's all how I see it for most girls. Maybe there are a few exceptions.)

I set myself as a thought experiment what it would be like if we transformed society so those things weren't true and pedophiles could realistically look forward to lots of sex with girls. I imagine breaking down those natural relationships and the girl ends up at a place where she has no guilt attached to sex and she's totally free to do what she wants. But she still doesn't want to do much because she's just not very interested in sex. So what would induce her to allow it? External reward in the form of other things she cares about. Quid pro quo. Prostitution.

I have no desire to create a society like that.
