I feel obsessed and depressed

I suffer of mental obsessions, depression and a bit of sense of persecution.

does anyone here feel obsession? when I do normal thing I have the mind occupied from the same thought for example what could be the ethical limit(aoc)

the sense of persecution make me feel depressed

someone can help me? there's a way to control obsessions?
