I got an email from a friend yesterday. She knows my past and sent me this link. It's a video of a baby as she grows from infant to 14 years old. It was interesting to see my AoA light up brilliantly then dim to nothing. It helped me see where my focus is and gave me the hint as to when I "fixated". I know the event now, where before, I only had a guess.

I don't know if this can help anyone else, but it's fascinating to see what modern technology can do these days.
