Re: Kids Lib Now!

Most of us here are in favor of children's liberation, and there are times when other terms are useful - but we have seen that changing the name of something does not redeem the thing named in the public perception. Rather, it just exposes a new name to the old bigotry.

We are child lovers - or to derive a word from the Greek for "child lover" we are pedophiles - and we should defend what we are rather than seek a succession of new labels in a vain attempt to woo over the ignorant and hateful masses.
