Does anybody know who can see what in a dropbox account?

I do know that nothing is deleted until you delete it on your account webpage and who knows even then.

But I heard somewhere that people have been arrested because someone (at dropbox?) saw something they decided was, not only illegal, but bad too (why else would they report it?)
