I like the spirit of "we were born this way" even though I'm not quite as convinced as I once was that this is something we were born with. Only thing I know for sure is that this isn't a choice. But the exact cause can't be determined at this point. Same thing for homosexuality.

There are identical twins where one is homosexual and the other is heterosexual. One notable example would be brothers Jason and Jarron Collins. Jason is gay, but Jarron is not. Jarron also had no idea his twin was gay until Jason told him, so much for twin telepathy.
