I see my message has disappeared. I was thinking that I had upset the Mods but hopefully the deletion of the message body was because of server problems, not because I had transgressed the rules. I think that what I was trying to get across in the original message was that all the models on the site in question were modelling with their Parent's Permission. Unless the parents were extremely naive, they must have been aware of the nature of the site. I must conclude that any negatives of the modelling must have been over-ridden by the financial reward and the possibility of it leading to a full-time career in modelling. The parents might also be proud that their child is attractive (in the same way as a parent might enter their child in a Beauty Pageant).

I can see that the parents may later regret their decision to allow their child to model because of the negative media coverage or possibly the child might be embarrassed to be recognised and associated with the site. I think any parent should think carefully about giving permission for that reason alone, but I suspect that for many of the parents, they were seeing it as a financial gain.
