Yeah, I've seen this. It's based on Optimus from the Hearts of Steel limited series, a period piece which also featured Mark Twain and John Henry Irons.

Encline Designs is one of the better TF customizers out there. Though the Hearts of Steel character I'd honestly be most interested in is Riverboat Shockwave. From anyone! : )

That's one of the most badass things I've ever seen, seriously.

As far as Encline Designs & Prime goes, I most lust for the figure everyone else is, a G.I. Joe Rolling Thunder than transforms into this huge fucker! Here he is with Snake-Eyes for a better sense of scale, since just about everyone knows the size of a Joe figure.

I've never been real big on mixing toylines. My problem with them is, they'll do a one-time crossover and then you'll never see them meet again. As if TFs and GI Joe wouldn't have multiple run-ins if they existed in the same universe. That does look cool though.
