I'm 99.9% certain that whoever wrote that was being sarcastic... or what's the word I'm looking for... satirical?

There are clues that lead me to believe he's not being serious. No anti would say sexual abuse is "the fifth most harmful type of child abuse." He mentioned this fact as a way to make fun of the idiot that wrote the article.
