Controlling the Media...

Hello Fellow GC'ers had a odd idea the other day...is there already a means of controlling how the media use the word pedophile. If not can a control measure be put in place to stop the misuse of this word.

You have heard all the stories that even remotely relates to children and sex where everyone involved is automatically a pedophile. This kind of misuse skews the public perception as to exactly what a pedophile is.

People out there think that someone can be charged with pedophilia or that someone can possess pedophilia....the media sadly educates the masses albeit with BS.

What are your thoughts on instructing the media to call people people and not some label/category?
