Even discounting friendly troops, a lot has changed even in the last ten years.

Ever notice you haven't seen the term sAdvocate anymore? As the wheel has turned, self-proclaimed child savers, for instance, tend to be seen as, well... self-proclaimed child savers.

There's more. 'n like I said, that's not counting friendly forces...
