Elisany Silva the world's tallest teen (sad story)

14 year old Brazillian girl Elisany Silva is the tallest teen in the world at 6"9 and she quite pretty too. Unfortunately her height seems to be causing her problems as she is now unable to attend school as she can't fit on the bus and she has trouble playing with her friends. What is worse, her height might be the result of a rare disease which can cause serious health problems such a gland failure...and her mother cannot afford any treatment.
