I will still add something

As a believer in astrology, this was a little weird.

I knew, later, a girl with the exact same birthdate - day, month, year - as the girl I just told you about.

They have some curious similarities - but more curious differences, even.

The thing is, this second girl is, and I know it, way more compatible with myself - and shows, so far anyway, that she might consider me sometime, realistically.

The first girl just doesn't. She is a free spirit, I would say even a little too free, whom I can fascinate at times, but whose search for meaning will not stop at any single person, place or concept - at least, not yet and not for a while. She will not consider me (or anyone in a serious way) for a good while.

Yet I am much more fallen for her than for the second girl.

Partly, because I can see something of my own former self in her, more than I can in girl #2, where I see more of my own present self. Partly, because she has always seemed unreachable, unlike girl #2.

Partly, maybe, because I like to suffer in pondering choices more than I like to take decisions.

Maybe I could have both

(which, astrology tells me, none would tolerate if they ever found out my bigamy)

Footnote: I didn't know either in uniform; but I have since seen pics of both in uniform. It should be illegal to expose me to such pics!!!!
