I just heard earlier today from a Spaniard who has sworn off octopus, but I suppose the octopus massacres will continue as the Dutch increase their octopus consumption as the Spaniards decrease theirs. Spain has about 2.5 times the population of the Netherlands, but I suspect the Dutch will have greater motivation.
