has indeed become a sacred cow held up as uniquely evil.

Obviously here I mean the Jewish martyrs are held up as the sacred cow, and the Nazis as uniquely evil. It's a cartoonish view of history about as nuanced and accurate as Jack Chick comics with regard to religion.
