Re: children + the truth - study on false accusations

Ahh, the stormfront forum. I read it once in awhile. It has some interesting point of views.

But there was one comment that I found disturbing during the discussion over there.

Honestly, I'd rather see a grown person falsely accused than see abused children not believed and taken out of a horrible situation

Being accused when you are guilty is bad enough but falsely accused of wrong doing has to be one the worst things imaginable. Your life is torn to shreds and one will be financially and emotionally ruined. I do not wish for abused children not to be believed but I do not want to see innocent people have to live through a Hell which is the legal system.
