I would argue that what is easier in white than non-white girls (and boys) is a perception of exploitation: a random kid from a jungle tribe is not easily perceived to be exploited by their nudity, where a random rich world city kid would - and the reality is that the first group is overwhelmingly dark skinned and the second overwhelmingly white or pale Asian. But once the kid looks close enough to be from a random rich world city, the perception of exploitation kicks in, even if they aren't white.

Oh, I am not really contradicting that it is schizophrenic - just nuancing the process.
