Question about a wordplay term

I am asking this here because I know I'll get an answer, probably quick! So thanks in advance to whoever it may be. : ] Also a bit embarrassed, because I feel like I should already know this. Okay...

What is it called when you re-arrange the letters of a word to spell out a different one? Like re-arranging cat to spell act. It's called a jumble, yeah, but I'm looking for the technical name for it.
