...the Edward Berge Monument in Baltimore, Maryland? It's just south of the Washington Monument in the Mount Vernon Place Historic District, and has an enlarged version of Berge's statue "Sea Urchin" (the original is at Johns Hopkins University, near the Faculty Club). "Sea Urchin", FYI, is a statue of a young girl... completely NEKKID! =:0 Very nice, but I don't see why people don't complain about it being kp. And right out there in a public place! (Oh, the horror!)

Another work by Berge, "Wildflower", is also statue of a nude LG, a fountain, and is considered one of the most popular small statues of all time. Reproductions of "Wildflower" are for sale from multiple vendors.

:-)
