Kyron Horman and stranger danger

For the past several weeks, maybe a month or more, there's been news all over the nation about a missing Oregon boy named Kyron Horman. At first they thought he was merely missing, then they went into full "stranger danger" mode, which was just stupid because the school he disappeared from is way out in the asscrack of nowhere with no registered sex offenders (like that means anything anymore) within several miles. But yeah, they were going full throttle with that. But now it's looking like his stepmother might have had something to do with it, she being the last one to see him. She also seems to have lied about her whereabouts, and supposedly tried to hire someone to murder her husband. She's also lawyered up with the second best defense attorney money can buy (first best being Johnny Cochrane), but hasn't even been charged with anything yet that I know of.

So a family members seems to have done it. And yet, has the media apologized for going crazy about Stranger Danger? Of course not.
