Interesting enough, my Dad did say "if you ever did anything like that you'd be in jail for the rest of your life!"

I didn't bother to correct him, and state the technicalities, that depending on the circumstances, it wouldn't neccesarily be for the rest of my life, but that's a moot point.

I felt like saying to him "not to mention the phsycological damage it would do to the child, right?!...rriiigghhtt??!"
