In every country where there are religious schools, they tend to give private-quality education for a fraction of the price of secular private schools, and with a lot more financial aids to those who can't afford it but want to attend it.

Am I expected to believe that a private education system would succeed in educating the poor in this country, when our private health insurance system can't even guarantee the poor health care without threat of bankruptcy?
