People who enable our country to function by performing jobs in the public sector are not "parasites" for enjoying the benefits their predecessors have fought long and hard for.

Although I realize that their jobs are indeed ultimately unnecessary for a functioning society, I really just wanted to make a Terminator reference.

I suggest you find people more worthy to direct your anger at; this country ain't in the state it's in because of teachers and postal workers.

Unfortunately it is not so simple, as public teachers and postal workers are enriched by a glorified protection racket and very often will collaborate with the same pigs who, without hesitation, throw people into prison for possessing the "wrong" images. Consider, for example, the obscenity and child pornography prosecutions that started with testimony by postal workers. As for public teachers, although they are supposedly objective, they effectively indoctrinate children in the ideology of the State. More broadly, public workers are paid as a result of cartelization, extortion and banditry and no product or service they provide could not be better provided by entrepreneurs and volunteers via freed markets.

Yes, this is an 'extreme' view, but having gained the knowledge that the system is a colossal sham and scam, I am unwilling to unlearn that knowledge.

That said, I don't spend much time simply ranting against government employees. I'm involved in building real workable alternatives to dependency on the glorified cartel that is the State.
