According to Wikipedia, and the research I've done, the country or territory with the most LGBT rights are as followed:

Ah, but it is not an apples-to-apples comparison.

LGBT includes a variety of rights that are not really specifically transgendered rights. This confounds the comparisons when you are not really dealing with L, G and B.

Then we get to the issue of exactly what are "rights" and not, and what exactly are specifically "LGBT" and not. The sodomy laws in the USA, for instance, were usually equally applicable to heterosexual sodomy - the discriminatory enforcement was in the enforcers, not in the text of the laws.

Thailand is the largest society that I know of where transgenderism is accepted as a part of human variation and transgendered people are not considered particularly "abnormal", "degenerate", "sick", "demon-possessed" or anything of the sort. That is, for instance, why it is so cheap and so legally easy to undergo gender surgeries in Thailand.

And obviously my interest has nothing at all to do with the cute tranny m2f kids of Thailand. Nothing.
