A kid should be free to adopt the identity that s/he wants and feels is right. No one should be forced to adopt any particular gender stereotype.

I like what two Swedish parents are doing ⚠️ ↗: not revealing Pan's biological gender until Pan decides the time is right, so as to avoid gender stereotyping; and giving Pan the freedom to choose the identity that feels right to him/her.
