The universal question: as with paedophilia, I wonder if people are born transgender. Likely very little research exists.

Apparently, they are. Nearly every transgendered child (and adult) reports feeling this way for as long as they can remember.

Not surprising, since there are very few cultures where transgenderism is openly accepted; the largest, I dare say, being Thailand.

Yes, I wouldn't kick out a Thai m2f tranny child.
