I didn't do it myself, but it's a very nice drawing. I'll see if I can find the original source. If not, I'll e-mail it to you. That said, I don't think you'll be allowed to use it as a sigpic though, because it is a famous person, so you may be wasting your time if you're planning to use it as such.

That's a question that needs to be put to the mods: Are drawings or paintings of famous living persons allowed at GC? This question may have come up before, but I think it should be answered formally.
