Our Vid posting policy is as follows;

You may link to videos, providing:

(1) It is a commercial production such as a news item, music video, or interview; or
(2) The video does not have any children in it.

and

(3) The video does not violate any other posting rules (such as containing nudity).

Since the Video does have a child in it and doesn't violate any specifically prohibited category, the only remaining question is "was it a commercial broadcast?"

No, nothing is indicative of a professional newscast. So it doesn't meet the first criteria.

Also, I should also take the opportunity to remind folks that this isn't a site for trading image links.

From FAQ 15; The only justifiable reason for posting a link to a picture is if it is genuinely important to the content of your post and is legal in the UK, Canada and the US.

In short, is it illustrative of the point in a text post, or is the image the reason for the post. If the latter is the answer, then we need to discourage such posts.
