So, this ⚠️ ↗ is basically what your drawing will look like. No resizing problems this time--I matched the dimensions of the design exactly with those of the page. I'm not changing a blasted thing from this to the finished product. :) Okay, I compromised on the Horned King--I didn't put him in, but I used the Horned King's antlers as a framing device, to pretty good effect, I think. But let me know your opinion.
Note: I had a bitch of a time finding just the right model for Eilonwy, particularly one that was approximately the right age. I found girls that were younger and girls that were older that somewhat fit her description, but I couldn't find a preteen that age wearing the right clothing or in a pose I wanted. In the end I went a little younger (I figure the model's about about 10), which I thought was better than erring older. That little girl who was the model was tall and lanky; you can tell by her long feet and fingers. I have some other pics of her, including a close-up of her face, if you want to see them. She came from a collection of stock photos I have. She's got the high delicate cheekbones, though I did have to extend her hair a bit, which was about all I changed on her. Well, and making her hair red, of course. :)
