I don't know, maybe you're right (not many Asians here especially ones with dyed hair like that) but still it looks fake. It doesn't look dyed, it looks unnatural like the way it's one the head and the bangs. Well, if that is the natural hair then I would sat it has to be a girl. I've never seen a boy that was able to grow hair like that.
