Maybe, if you're referring to exclusives. And in Saudi Arabia there's a high degree both of gender segregation and age segregation as well as crippling censorship, so it would be extremely difficult for exclusives to "shop around." qtns2di4's idea that any girl would do provided she's in the right development stage is really, really silly. Most often it doesn't work that way for heterosexuals, doesn't work that way for pedophiles.
I have little doubt there are some cases in which child marriage does occur in practice as de facto child sex slavery, even though this is not why child marriage evolved to begin with. It's not hard to believe that there are some men who manage to get married to nonconsenting girls with an eye to their own sexual gratification. But talk about an extremely ham-handed approach to satisfying such desires! 1. Difficult-to-impossible to "shop around." What happens if the girl isn't even that attractive? What happens if she's no longer attractive after she has children of her own, gets fistula, dies, etc. Then the pedophile has to go through the whole process of marriage again -- just for sex with a girl he's never taken for a test ride. 2. The approach discriminates against pedophiles sexually attracted to boys, or both girls and boys. 3. Female girl-lovers and girl-lusters have no freedom at all.
Except to the extent that "Girl LOVE" is a PC veneer over desires of male lust toward and power over little girls, why would Girl Lovers want girls to be forced into marriages with men they don't know?
