Pseudo-photographs are federally legal (for the time being) in the USA.

But if I were him, I would NOT travel to Britain again (where pseudo-photographs are illegal and KP has universal jurisdiction), and would really check every US state law (I am sure pseudo-photographs must be illegal somewhere)

I agree with Sancho, of course - this is granny pronz. A granny I happen to entertain naughty thoughts about, but a granny nonetheless.

Now of course - Hilton is an ass. Even taking into account that entertainment journalism is full of asses, he stands out. I wouldn't miss him one bit if he got registered and sotted. But that doesn't mean that law is sane.
