Apology (+ update)

Hi all,

Firstly, an apology that I haven't been around much. I've been very busy at work lately, and the lull that I thought would happen about 2 or 3 weeks ago just hasn't happened yet.

I still pop in to GC every now & then to have a quick peek to see how you all are, but I rarely get time to actually post anything very often.

I have been with you, but kinda from afar. Sorry about that.

Secondly, an update about my (by now old) situation with what's happening with my legal situation.

I've had to keep a bit quiet about things till now, on the advice of my lawyer (as this is a public board), but I know can tell you the following:

All charges against me have been dropped (I may have told you this before?).

My attackers all now face assault charges, and two of them face harrassment & intimidation charges.

I've still to learn the court date.

I'm sitting here with a large whisky in relief...

Just thought you'd like to know!
