Agreed, also the Dutch have blood on their hands when it comes to the Shell affair in Nigeria.
But keep in mind both BP and Shell are multinationals and should follow the local requirements of the countries where they operate.

And here lies the problem, pls do read the excellent article below.

It's not Obama's fault the spill occurred, but I expect more from a president of the USA. Hire foreign expertise, find a better solution for the waste disposal etc.

And now I will shut up with my OT stuff and maybe even write a GM :-)
